2 /5 Erica H: I appreciate the professional help that I was provided by the sales agent Matthew. I came into their office because I received a paper from the car insurance stating that the VIN number did not match the DMV records. I realized that the previous agent Daisy did not fill in the correct information to my vehicle. When Matthew made the correction in the system he informed me that my monthly premium had gone up $5 because they had to process the correct information like it was a new vehicle. I was disappointed that due to the mistake that agent Daisy made in office processing my information I was being billed more money monthly. I had previously returned to speak with agent Daisy regarding my policy because she had misinformed me about my policy. She had explained that for the first month my bill was covered in the fee that she was charging to add a second vehicle to my existing policy that I already had and to my surprise I received a partial bill. I walked out of the office disappointed at the service that Daisy had provided. She was giving misinformation to the customers. Agent Matthew attempted to help me and even asked the insurance company National General if they could waive that fee for me since it was a mistake that was done by an agent at Veronicas insurance. Unfortunately they did not waive that fee. Agent Matthews boss stepped out of her office and said there was nothing that could be done that I had to wait to speak to Alicia on Monday and see if she is able to do anything to help me with my policy increase. I am an existing customer that have been coming to Veronicas insurance and had never received such bad service. Since Agent Matthew was attempting to be helpful I gave them 2 star review. But he deserves 5 stars for his service.

1 /5 Miles Miles: Its emberassing that employees here think that increase in prices everywhere means that these employees have rights to put that pressure on potential customers while rent has skyrocketed & so has food prices. Freeway Insurance will help you for less than half of what this company helps with & its an even better insurance. Do not fall for this scam.

1 /5 Victor Nunez: Went to this location because I got a little flyer that looked like a license to receive $100 off. It turns out it wasn’t true. They only use them to lure people there. So I was getting a quote and I was asking questions because that’s the normal thing to do and the girl in charge seemed like she wasn’t in the mood to explain anything. Her tone of voice made it seem like she didn’t have the patience. I quickly made an excuse to get out of there and went to another insurance broker.
