After spending 20 years with Allstate and suffering through their bureaucracy, it was wonderful to finally feel valued by an agent. Maria Diaz JC Insurance is a great place. I noticed good customer service on their services they offer. We were there for an appointment with the Consulado Mexicano Sobre Ruedas. Luckily my husband got an appointment and took out his Mexican passport. Customer service was good, lots of people with appointment, personnel was patient and fast enough.
