He very expertly explained the claims process and how I could register an account with State Farm so I could follow the progress of the claim via my email and smartphone. He called me back in just a few minutes with my claims number and the process was under way immediately. Before we had completed the call we discussed a rental car company to use. Within a few minutes I received a call from the rental car company, as State Farm had already contacted them to call me. The tow truck driver named Elvin Gilpin from elevated towing company was super friendly, efficient, patient and very professional! He managed to get the car from inside my garage pushed down the street and loaded it into the truck etc etc every single step he took cares for the vehicle .
