She is incredibly professional, very friendly, highly knowledgeable, and has a way of making very hard to understand insurance terms more easily understandable to a person who has no idea what it all means. Not once did she raise her voice or belittle me when I was confused and kept repeating questions throughout our conversation. When I expressed my frustration, she expressed sympathy and made me feel heard. Her patience with me was very impressive and made me feel like she cared about getting me the best options for my vehicles. Aaron at the office was absolutely the best. he went out of his way, even offering to come by to pick up needed paperwork at my home after I had surgery. He explained things well and guided me through the corporate and computer requirements to get my rate back down. He wins the office and the company stars. Boy, I wish more companies had Aarons working for them.
