Lupe Ortiz has been especially helpful with my questions and concerns. What she couldnt answer, she made sure Mr. Perez had our information and contacted us promptly. We were so impressed with Lupes follow thru that I sent her a thank you by text. Even though we live 3000 miles away, we still get "neighborhood" service. How awesome is that!!! peter robbins Everyone is always so helpful, especially Shaun, with whom I have worked for many years (if not decades), but the others really no less responsive. And Allstate has always taken very good care of us regarding claims, both automotive, homeowners, and landlord policies. To me, the manner in which they handle claims is at least as important (if not much more so!!) than the premium costs. In that regard, in my opinion based on over 40 years with the company, they have earned the right to use their slogan "Youre in good hands..."
