I can not speak highly enough at the wonderful, speedy, and helpful service we have had all these years. Every single interaction from in-person, to phone, and email has been impeccable. At one point we had 3 homes, 5 cars, and renters insurance. We now have few vehicles and only one home but that has not stopped the excellent service we receive time and time again. We have car insurance and the team at Jimmy Parsleys is wonderful to work with, which is important when you are dealing with insurance nowadays. I usually work with Brenda who has always made things easy and timely. A few years ago, while we were on vacation we had someone back into our car rental. I emailed Brenda, who promptly took care of making the claim and State Farm took care of everything. I in the mean time was able to enjoy my vacation despite the rocky start. Lastly, in the last year, I added a car, which was easy. Brenda was able to thoroughly go over everything with me and before I knew it my car was insured. Every experience is easy.
