Always professional and very kind. She helped me transfer a vehicle into my name. Im In there paying my auto insurance bill every month. I have showed up after they were closed once and she took care of taking my insurance bill for the month. I guess what Im trying to say is if you need insurance go in to Odessa and get insurance. They were so great to me when I had a hit-and-run accident happen to me this past fall. They coordinated all the service and transportation needs I had while the vehicle was being repaired. Five days ago I leased a brand new 2017 car and just called them to find out about the insurance coverage on my older car, and come to find out the car dealership hadnt taken care of getting insurance for my new car! The customer service I received from Viktor Nagirniak and some crucial information he provided about trading in my out of state license plates was invaluable. They gave me a great rate and great service. I highly recommend them.
