1 /5 Bonnie Sherman: Non responsive! Ive been with Tyce since 2007 and he used to be informative and responsive however beginning in 2021 he went MIA. I needed to make a number of changes to my policies. He failed to return my calls and rarely replied to my emails. When he did reply it was usually, "Ill get to this tonight" and then nothing. He cost me hundreds of dollars due to delayed policy cancellations and changes. He also provided me with inaccurate information that affected my insurance decisions. Had I had accurate information I would have made different more cost-effective choices. I am currently engaging Farmers directly to resolve one issue. I had to spend over 3 hours on the phone (from Italy) with Farmers CS to get it partially resolved (short version - Farmers issued collections saying I owed money in reality they owed me nearly $700 for a canceled policy. After 3 hours a CS Agent discovered one of the issues and I am getting $300 back. I dont know if I have the energy to fight for the other $400). If Farmers had better visibility into their billing and pricing impact of policy changes I could have self-serviced some of this without having to deal with my agent, Tyce. So I am extremely frustrated with Tyce but I am also not a huge supporter of Farmers at the moment (although the CS agent was extremely helpful - the third one I talked to spent nearly 2 hours helping me out). Save yourself a lot of headaches and do not enlist Tyce Fields.
