3 /5 kealoha wong: I have been a customer of this office when it was Nick Olson starting in 1992. The staff there was excellent and I never had any issues. Since it was sold a few years back I have had nothing but problems with this new ownership. They would call me every 3 months to prove my mileage. One time we got disconnected and they never bothered to call back so they up my mileage from 3000 to 10,000 mi a year which made my policy double. When I called them back to fix the issue it would take another month to correct itself and then they were end up raising my rates anyway because they said previously I was only being billed at 300 miles a year. I dont believe this because I had to call in my mileage every 3 months and it would show Im not driving 300 miles a year. The staff there seems to not care about anything but collecting your money. I have since gone with AAA after over 30 years of being with them I was driven away by poor customer service
