Emerald Malijan - ONeill very disappointed with Margret Ann Johnson the agent who was a referral to me and my husband from a very good friend of mine. After getting my husband approved. (pushy and was calling only when it was good for her) I needed some help with my own life insurance getting approved and she was very un responsive. Ive left several messages to her Main line in the Antioch office, emails, voicemails no respond from anyone. Very poor value and not professional at all. I had to go with someone else in the Benicia Primerica Office to have him help me with blood work for the approval and also helped me with my parents life insurance. Do not deal with Margret Ann Johnson and her branch in Antioch. P.S someone needs to tell her to pause sometimes when speaking instead of saying "ums".

Katia Soriano If I could give them less than 1 star I would, I had an accident and they never answer the phone, I left them messages and never call me back. The worst insurance ever, I changed it as soon as I could.

Kelsey Lynn I highly recommend this office 100%.! Delia and Jacqueline have treated me with the kindest attitude and utmost importance being their client. I have never had any issues.! During this time specifically I’ve had to file my first claim due to my car being hit and it’s been the easiest process, they have helped me every step of the way and continue to do so.! So thankful for these amazing ladies.! Farmers Insurance is lucky to have an Agent like Delia and Jacqueline for Delia.! Perfect duo.! Thank you ladies for everything and anything to come.(:

robert nyden Chris is a true professional and very knowledgable when it comes to the ins & outs of commercial insurance. I contacted several insurance brokers for quotes for a general liability insurance policy for my swimming pool construction business. Chris called me back within an hour and got to right work for me and my policy needs. One of the great things about Chris is he answers his phone and responses to text messages -- which is the same way I run my own business. Cant thank you enough Chris for all your help!

clayton egan These guys have brokered my Roofing Companys insurance for several years now ..The customer service is top-notch Mary was very patient with me for my renewal as I am a very busy and old school guy. I can pound nails but computer keyboards are not my thing.. The last couple renewals I also spoke with Pascal these folks are like having a local agent just down the street..
