1 /5 Be Better: The bitter, older woman who picked up the phone was one of the rudest individuals Ive encountered while inquiring about services offered. When she raised her voice becoming visibly frustrated with me over simple insurance questions - speaking to me like a I was a child that wasnt obeying her, I left the phone call. She crossed serious boundaries with her behavior. Response to Owner - I did not get a name but since you only have two female employees as shown on your website and one is related to you with the same last name, I think you could probably figure out who answered the phone with a short fuse and took out their bad day on me without worrying about any consequences.

5 /5 Charlie King: I cant believe I havent written a review yet! Ive been doing business via out of state and now locally for over 3 years. Every person Ive had the pleasure of talking with has always been eager to help and always eager to jump in with complicated business to personal transactions. Whats great is they do the shopping for you, finding you what fits whatever needs or situation best. Michelle, the person I deal with most is always on the ball and always jumps fast towards going the extra mile. Simply Impressive. 1 /5 Javier Jimenez: I would not recommend this business based on my personal experience. Called on Tuesday 7/15/2025 and spoke with the front desk person for 23 minutes providing all my personal information for home and auto insurance quotes. She stated that I would receive a call within the next business day or two. I was not contacted by their office. I happened to pass by their office on Friday 7/18/2025 and decided to go inside to follow up. The gentlemen in the office located to the left as you enter the office greeted me. I told him I was waiting on some insurance quotes and was wondering what happened. He stated he would look into it and get to back to me. I provided my contact information again. I received a call on 07/22/25 from an agent and she stated that she would get back to me by the end of the week at the latest. As of today 08/5/25 I have not heard back from their office.

1 /5 Angel Frish: Found out that the owner mistreats employees and was told of a few concerning stories that made sure I will not trust this insurance company with my business. Customers beware of this company if you care about how a company treats people let alone the staff.

5 /5 Brenda WHITE: Lynn is one of the most professional persons I have ever met! She has reviewed my account on occasion and let me know where my account could be updated. She is always more than happy to answer any questions. She is a great asset to the company. When I was in an accident I phoned her and she walked me thur what to do. Thank- you Berry Curtis Insurance.
