Mike Cap I was a 21st century customer from 1982 to 2003. About then Century decided to not renew any homeowners policy in the state of California. Son switched to Mercury for both. I have had to use my auto insurance a few times and even though the rates increased each time for a while I always was getting th best rates as I shop the rates every year. the service is of high quality especially with Ken Donaldsons employees. always helpful and kind. Setting up my auto insurance was quick and smooth, and they explained everything clearly. I especially appreciate how easy it is to manage my policy online and through the app. Although I didn’t need to file a claim, they were always responsive to my questions and very transparent about coverage and costs. Definitely one of the more reliable and trustworthy insurance providers I’ve worked with. Highly recommend!

Erin McCormick I came into state farm with my brother one day when he was paying an auto and homeowners bundled insurance. He raved about how they helped him keep insurance on my grandmothers house and that these ladies were so kind and patient with him. The situation was a complicated one. The house was old and there were so many issues to navigate. While I was there I spoke to the ladies about my own personal situation. I had left a difficult relationship and had to remove my vehicle from the old state farm policy I currently had and move it to a new policy that gave me independence. They were able to transfer it for me, seamlessly and discreetly. My situation again was sensitive, but state farm really goes above and beyond. I didnt have any extra costs with the transfer. In fact I saved money. Hailey Mittrey you are the best agent. Kind and professional and patient. Thank you for all of your help with my brother and with me. I also want to say thank you to lisa who always has a smile on her face and a wonderful attitude. love it when you answer the phone. I love the good energy. You ladies rock!!!!!!

Pete Michael was patient with me and gave me the information I needed. He answered all my questions in a timely manner. I never felt pressured, he didnt over contact me. I wasnt ready when he gave me the quote. I didnt get coverage until 2 months later. He was GREAT . i definitely would recommend him and Pike Insurance.!!

I have been a member with them since I first obtained my license, for this very reason. Their prices seem high, but in reality you’re paying for what you get. So do not cut corners and do yourself a favor, get State Farm and save yourself time and money in the long run.
