1 /5 Gabriela Gomez: Do not get insurance with this company! While their rates may seem appealing at first, the service is absolutely awful. I had an extremely frustrating experience dealing with their customer service – unhelpful, unresponsive, and, frankly, incompetent. It felt like no one there knew what they were doing or cared about resolving my issue. Saving a few bucks is not worth the stress and lack of support. Steer clear and invest in a company that actually values its customers.

1 /5 Game Tester: ⸻ Title: Do Not Trust Fred Loya — They’ll Take Your Money and Abandon You When You Need Them Most Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I’ve been a loyal customer of Fred Loya Insurance since 2019. I paid my premiums on time every month, believing that if something ever happened, they would have my back. I was wrong. Recently, my 2024 Chevy Trax SR2 was involved in an accident. Instead of helping me repair the car, Fred Loya declared it a total loss — even though the damage was mainly to the rear suspension and clearly repairable. They made this decision fast and without giving me a real say. It felt like they were just trying to get rid of the claim and pay out as little as possible. Now I’m left without a car, stressed, and stuck in a mess I didn’t create — while they still took my money for years. They showed no care, no support, and no willingness to help me in my time of need. I feel betrayed and completely let down. If you’re thinking of signing up with Fred Loya: Don’t. They will gladly take your money, but when it’s time to help you, they will do the bare minimum or nothing at all. Their practices feel predatory. This is not protection — it’s a scam. Avoid Fred Loya at all costs. Protect yourself. Get real insurance.

1 /5 Claudia Garcia: By far one of the worst insurance companies! I dont even know where to even begin. I filled a claim 2 weeks go. I received a call the same day I filled the claim . After the rep took all my information he mentioned that "my claims adjuster " would give me a call to go over details on what I should do next. 2 days later another rep called me and asked me if I had already taken my car into their office so they can take pictures for the adjuster I said no, not yet, the 1st rep told me to wait on the call from my adjuster. The following day another rep called me and asked me if I had taken my car in and I said no they told me to wait on my adjuster she then proceed to tell me go ahead and take the car either way and still wait for your adjuster to call you . I took my car into their office so they can take pictures once I arrived the rep at the office told me " I cant take pictures of your car , your adjuster has to call and scheduled an appointment for us to do that" . The next day I finally received a call from my "adjuster" and she then said" I still havent received any pictures to attach to your claim" I then told her I took my car in to the office as told by the last rep who called me and I explained to her (adjuster) what they had told me at the office. The "adjuster " then proceed to tell me oh well you need to take the pictures yourself and send them to me. I did as told. Fast forward to Friday 3/29/24. I received a call from the claims department letting me know that my car was repairable and that I could start looking for a autobody shop to take it to. I was already looking for a shop. Monday 04/01/24 came around and I received another call from the claims department letting me know that my car was deemed as "Total loss" because the damages on my car were "high" . Not once did anybody come and look at my car and now today they told me my car is uninsured and marked as total loss. If I can give this insurance company 0 starts I would !

1 /5 Ariana Jaden Gutierrez: Poor poor customer service male customer service representative was helping me out stops out of no where to help someone else on the phone. I had a busy day and stressful I just came for simple proof of insurance and for 10 mins I get ignored I simple tell my mother I’m stressing because he’s ignoring me now I have to call out of one of my jobs once I was off the phone he said he was not going to help me and I was being rude. He’s was very unprofessional. I know I’m not the main person on the policy but if you help and then ignore me for a customer over the phone without an explanation. Poor customer service.
