Received my registration and was given a gift of a AAA license plate cover. Winner, Winner Winner! The visit took a total of maybe 10 minutes and that was at 11:45am.

Now he’s gone one step further, and he’s hired a wonderful lady named Roxy in Alabama to cover certain things that she specializes in to give his customer the best of service. I had a wonderful experience and feel very comfortable now with what is to transpire. I was not at fault, and they are going to take care of what I have to do every step of the way. I have an appointment with the body shop and then I have to go back to drop the car off since it is drivable and then they will have set up a rental car for me as soon as I let them know When I will need the car. No worries. Life can be stressful enough, and I think that my agent and his staff do their best to make everything go smoothly, especially when it was no fault of your own. Way to go!
