5 /5 Ramona Ingrassia: David Wong, my insurance agent with State Farm, is fantastic along with his wife Priscilla. Now he’s gone one step further, and he’s hired a wonderful lady named Roxy in Alabama to cover certain things that she specializes in to give his customer the best of service. I had a wonderful experience and feel very comfortable now with what is to transpire. I was not at fault, and they are going to take care of what I have to do every step of the way. I have an appointment with the body shop and then I have to go back to drop the car off since it is drivable and then they will have set up a rental car for me as soon as I let them know When I will need the car. No worries. Life can be stressful enough, and I think that my agent and his staff do their best to make everything go smoothly, especially when it was no fault of your own. Way to go!

5 /5 Erin Davis: I called Amanda in David Wong’s office this morning in a total panic because Nationwide dropped my home and auto insurance, as they are doing in all of California. Amanda was amazing and answers the phone at 7:45am to help me! Within 20 minutes, I had auto insurance again. She was so thoughtful and helpful and walked me through getting set up online. I really appreciated all of her attention and help. I highly recommend this office!!
