gowtham2403 I’ve had a great experience with State Farm so far. The customer service is friendly, helpful, and easy to reach. Setting up my auto insurance was quick and smooth, and they explained everything clearly. I especially appreciate how easy it is to manage my policy online and through the app. Although I didn’t need to file a claim, they were always responsive to my questions and very transparent about coverage and costs. Definitely one of the more reliable and trustworthy insurance providers I’ve worked with. Highly recommend!

Alex Obispo Not a good choice , and I learned it the hard way. Just when I needed an urgent help in updating our store information, I cannot get help with any live person. And their AI support suck! Customers need to speak with a live person for christ sake. I used both the phone and chat to ask for support. Both had a messaging that their phone support and chat are closed when I am reaching out on the Thursday (7/10) at 2PM in Alabama. Common start working please. Your support should be opened monday - friday 8am to 5pm CST. This is the worst customer service I ever had with any insurance companies. For sure I will plan to move.

Ke Du My friend referred Virginia Tam to me. She gave me a lot professional and useful advice and design my insurances for me. Now, my house, autos and life insurance, all of them, Virginia take care for me. Virginias staffs are also great. They are nice, friendly and having patience to quickly help me for my insurance, like I bought a new car or refinance my house. I highly recommend Virginia and her team!
