Simply stated we could not have had a better agent handle our insurance needs. He found the best policy for our home needs. He was completely transparent with all details. He was relentless in his research to provide the best solution for us and our insurance needs. Finally, we completely endorse him and his work to meet our needs while insuring our home. 5 /5 Christina Sebastiani: Most of us are aware of the struggles it has been to obtain and maintain insurance in many areas especially California. Sky Insurance and their employees have been amazing at helping us and listening to our concerns, struggles and all the above. They listened and advocated for our family! Jessie has gone above and beyond with our current struggles obtaining insurance. She advocated for is insurance wise and listened to my concerns regarding the survey/surveyor. I have nothing but great things to say about her and their office. I cannot recommend the office, Jessie and Aurora enough!

5 /5 Cynthia Joy: I had a really good experience with Jessie today. Shes one of the brokers with Sky Insurance and she gave me her direct number so that theres no more waiting and confusion with phone trees and lost voice messages. Apparently California fair plan is not doing automatic online monthly payments, so she was calling to remind me that a payment was due so I wouldnt get dropped. I had wrongly assumed that it would be automatically deducted from my bank account. She went above and beyond to call California fair plan and find out why I was not getting billed automatically. Unfortunately getting billed automatically is still not an option with California fair plan but Sky Insurance was quick to notify me that a payment was due. Thank God they did because I cant afford to not have insurance and California fair plan wouldve dropped me .

5 /5 Dave Sales: I’ve had nothing but a great experience with Sky Insurance Brokers. I have used them for many years and multiple home purchases. Recently I did have an issue with one of my policies and Jessie helped me to resolve the issue with outstanding persistence and service. I will be using Sky for all my home insurance policy needs.
