1 /5 Torian Carrillo: The company I work for carried a bond through this insurance agency and I called because the bond was up for renewal and had not heard from them. I actually had to track them down through the bond company. When I found out who they were I located the company in my e-mail and it had been FOUR years since their last e-mail. Meaning no e-mails when the bond was purchased. The man I spoke with, named Mike, who was really rude on the phone, was disgruntled that my boss was no longer carrying other insurances with him. I personally carry a bond and would never work with a company that conducted their business in this manor when there is a world full of nice people that want business.
