He saved me over $1,000 a year—which honestly blew me away. I wasn’t even planning on shopping around because I figured it would be a hassle, but Paul made the process quick, simple, and completely stress-free. Even more eye-opening, he discovered that my old policy had the wrong exterior listed—it said my home had wood siding instead of stucco! That kind of mistake could’ve caused major problems if I ever needed to file a claim. Paul didn’t just save me money—he gave me peace of mind. I’m truly grateful. Highly recommend giving him a call.

1 /5 Kevin Salvatierra: WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH JOCELYN!! She never put a prior accident on my new policy once the company found out they made my monthly payment $400. Called Jocelyn and she acted as if she had no idea what was happening. Was on the phone with her for over an go it for her just to tell me she was going to call me back and never did. Reached out 3 days in a row and nothing. Even after she told me she would waive the fees to start a new policy. Eventually I got a hold of a lady by the name of Jill and she was amazing help. Although she couldn’t help with the payment she helped cancel and try to find me a new policy. Don’t trust this place they work off commission based of what customer service told me and did anything just to get their broker fees paid. I will be contacting the BBB because this is fraud. My Initial payment was $400 just to get the policy going and Jocelyn told me my payments wouldn’t increase which they did 3 months later. As a branch manager she should learn to acknowledge her mistakes instead of hiding from them and having her team fix things and putting them in an uncomfortable situation.
