Nancy Eichhorn I was searching for auto insurance quotes because my current company sent a renewal notice with a sky-high fee. I called Ken Schuurmans office and talked at length with "Tabatha". She was articulate, detailed, informative, and supportive. She wasnt trying to "sell" a product. She helped me understand the different categories included in all auto insurance plans, in terms of what they entailed and why they were or were not necessary for my aging car (over 185,000 miles). She followed up with an email, so I had paper copies to continue my comparison shopping, albeit better informed than when I began. She returned my call the next day to discuss options further, never putting pressure on me to buy her product. I was grateful for her time, consideration, and willingness to be supportive, regardless of the outcome. Many thanks!
