Emily Fan On 12/24/2024, AAA roadside service helped me to tow my car to the dealer. The tow truck driver named Elvin Gilpin from elevated towing company was super friendly, efficient, patient and very professional! He managed to get the car from inside my garage pushed down the street and loaded it into the truck etc etc every single step he took cares for the vehicle . I just wanted him to know that I really appreciated his help . Please let him know that I said thank you to him!

Three years ago, the Bolton team helped us move to the online benefits administration portal, which was most appreciated during the Open Enrollment 2021. The customer service is terrific. Donna McCord Randy is one of those people that truly loves what he does and it shows in how he has explained to us what services he has to offer, what personally is best for us in terms of insurance coverage, what ways he can help and how we will benefit long term. He makes it clear how proud he is working with State Farm and the high level of service and integrity the company represents. Most insurance companies today do not have someone like Randy that works with you individually...you call and who knows who you will be working with that particular day.
