They have fair policies on paper, and when you need to actually use them, Geoff and Karen are there to help you. My husband was in a car accident last year. Everyone was okay, but its a huge inconvenience. Geoff and Karen helped us get the process started quickly. The car was evaluated within days. State Farm took care of the rest, including receiving payment from the at-fault drivers insurance company. We have also had our home insurance policies through them in the past. Geoff went up and above to communicate with escrow, loan, and real estate agents to make sure we had the correct coverage. Really bummed State Farm is no longer offering home insurance policies in California.
