1 /5 d: I went here not too long ago and was not happy with the insurance I ended up with decided to go back and candle my insurance so I could go look elsewhere. This insurance agent got really mad yelled at me and was overall unprofessional. Would not terminate my insurance and called the cops on me. Do not recommend going here. Highly suggest for you to go elsewhere to do business. Not a pleasant experience at all.

1 /5 Youssef Sabah: The rep was extremely unprofessional. He answers the phone as " hey whats up bro". Really unprofessional and quote me $289 + $125 broker fee without even running my driving record. My record is clean no accidents no tickets . His response oh thats it , take it or leave it. I am going to report this agency to the BBB and to the state.

1 /5 Beatriz Martinez: Last year my whole family including myself filed our taxes with victor. I was checking a status on my stimulus check and as I entered my Information it indicated my address was incorrect when it was filed. I checked my forms and yes he inputted the incorrect address. This year I didn’t go to him but my sister did and he used the same forms just made changes to the amounts. He charged my sister to file an amended form because he failed to ask my sister this year if she had health insurance coverage. Last year she did have coverage and this year she didn’t. He said because it wasn’t brought to his attention BUT if he’s correctly filling out forms why not ask if it’s something that needs to be indicated. Unacceptable. check your forms and do not rely on someone that says they’re “professionals”

5 /5 Efrain Gomez: This is a different kind of insurance, the agent actually maintains a one to one relationship that an agency should provide. I’m very pleased to have found this agent. Highly recommend for your insurance and Incometax needs!
