Both Allie and Elizabeth, on separate occasions have reached out to me requesting information so that they could get me better rates! I have never experienced this type of customer service when it comes to insurance companies. You can tell they genuinely care about each one of their clients and they work hard everyday to make sure their clients are satisfied. I highly recommend them to everyone! 5 /5 Aaron Capp: I have been a member of State Farm insurance for a very long time and transferred my agent from outside the area to Elizabeth Kings office. The agent and her staff are absolutely top notch. They have always greeted me and seen to my needs with the utmost care and respect. Recently I had an issue that required me to contact the agent directly on her cell phone after working hours, she was incredibly helpful and understanding. Although I don’t encourage working after hours at home, I certainly appreciated it when she did so for me. I highly recommend Elizabeth King and her office team. Also, it’s worth noting, I grew up with the company as my mother was an agents assistant for the first 20 years of my life, so my expectation of high quality services stems from my upbringing.

Being a law enforcement officer and having a tough schedule to work with, Elizabeth was always available to assist my needs no matter the conflicts. Additionally, due to the nature of being a law enforcement officer, Elizabeth showed her professionalism and years of experience to determine the best quality life insurance. I recently moved my business to Elizabeth Kings office and I have been thrilled with the service. I have worked a lot with Allie and she is so pleasant and knowledgeable. She is patient and answers all of my questions and is very responsive with follow up questions. I also worked with Elizabeth directly and she is very experienced, responsive, and sincere.
