After we initiate the insurance policy, he made an appointment to go over the policy details with me. Hes extremely detail oriented and made sure I understand all the terms. David Renwick After attempting to apply for Medicare at the SSA.gov website (and pulling my hair out during the process), I called Roberts Office and asked for help. I was provided an in-person appointment with Robert the very next morning. Robert was FANTASTIC! He knows his stuff! He assisted me with the application process (actually, he did most of the computer work), and my Medicare Application was completed in no-time (maybe 20 minutes). His vast knowledge of Medicare, and anything associated with Medicare, is second to none.

Larry Tramer I recently had to make changes to my autopay and policy declarations, so I called Susans office and got Jullien Pimentel to assist me. He was very friendly and efficient, and for a technophobe such as me, extremely patient, understanding, and helpful. He told me he had to consult with Susan on a policy change, and that he would call me back. And sure enough, he called me the next day with good news - my policy change would save me some money. I have had State Farm for over 20 years, and they have provided excellent service. I have only been with Susan and Company for 5 years, but their service is just as comprehensive and friendly as Ive had anywhere. Good job Jullien!
