He spent about 40 minutes on the phone with me explaining the policies and was attentive over email with follow up questions in the coming days. We ended up not going with this policy for other reasons, but I appreciate all the time he spent helping me and would absolutely consider him for future insurance needs. I believe that if anything happened and I did need to file a claim, he is someone who I could trust to be very helpful and responsive throughout the process.

Over the past several months, Ive requested multiple quotes for homeowners and auto insurance when Ive wanted to compare rates, or maybe just to find out how much my premium would increase if my daughter decided to buy a certain car she was thinking about. Marlyn the office mgr is spot on with the computer and responds to my sometimes stupid questions, like did I pay my car insurance? If I hadnt she can process a credit card payment then and there without waiting or having to call me back.
