1 /5 Jared Johnson: I made this review under the guidance of my attorney. We found Meine Insurance through the Dave Ramsey Network back in August 2021. This is a day my family will live to regret. We looked past the obvious red flags (i.e. non-responsive tendencies, i.e.) as we needed a policy when major carriers stopped covering our zipcode. In January of 2022, my wife and I found a new house for sale and placed an offer. We worked with the Owner of Meine Insurance to choose a policy for the new house and moved forward in escrow. Fast forward to August of 2022. My family and I had a sudden pipe failure during a record breaking heat wave. We attempted to contact the Owner of Meine Insurance to inform him of the situation and open a claim. As we dealt with active water damage, Meine Insurance avoided our calls for days. After persistent calling and following up with the actual insurance carrier, we finally discovered the Owner of Meine Insurance had never activated the policy, and our house was uninsured at the time we needed insurance. The Owner of Meine Insurance and his office acted in bad faith and made no effort to rectify their errors and help us in the time of need. I hope this provides a glimpse of what Miene Insurance is.

My wife and I were able to transfer our policies from State Farm (had been with them for 9 years) for more comprehensive coverage and saved around $600 per year. Highly recommend contacting Ben and his team for assistance.

1 /5 sand extreme: I used Ben when he was with Farmers. When my carrier said they were not covering homes in CA. I had to shop around. They were quick to give a quote but unresponsive when I asked questions. The same coverage from the same company ( Mercury ) was nearly 600.00 cheaper than Meine. Same coverage but cheaper from a different broker. When asked and the quote sent over I didnt get a response then weeks later after multiple attempts to talk to them I get "Sorry it took me a little while to respond. I would advise you to take it." In am emai. Seems like they justed up their fees 600.00 and hoped I wouldnt notice or get other quotes.

5 /5 Elsa Camarillo: Desiree was super helpful ...I gave her a call about my mortgage company not receiving my renewed insurance policy and after less than 1 hour she reached out to the proper networks and had everything taken care of....this is the first time in 3 years with this broker that Ive had an issue and it wasnt because of any fault of their own. Thanks again! Much appreciation for outstanding service!
