Eric Young Signed up for benefits on Sept 8th for Oct 1st. Its now the 10th and I still dont have benefits. This place will waste your time and money.

Kimberly Sims Office was closed when I stopped by, but Ben, who was on site, very graciously sat down with me and took the time to answer all my initial questions. I subsequently received a lightning-fast email follow-up connecting me to Michelle, the specialist agent for the particular policy required. Due to the holiday, Michelle was also working from a "closed" office, but immediately followed up with application forms, and took the time to answer additional question in a long phone conversation. She is also extremely knowledgable and delightfully personable. Thank you Ben and Michelle for an exceptional experience.

Amber RJ My mom goes here to get her paperwork done. Fast, friendly people, and MUCH easier to deal with than the DMV. She went in yesterday to handle paperwork and was out in less than 5 minutes. Love it.
