5 /5 Joe LoMusio: Contacted the Craig Davis Farmers Insurance agency about my Homeowners Insurance and desire to bundle with my Auto. Each of my current policies was increasing rates to unsustainable levels, and I was desperately in need of better rates, better policies, and better service. I found all of that and more at the Craig Davis Agency. My insurance assistant was Kiko Ramirez, and she worked tirelessly and efficiently to get me set up with new policies for both my Homeowners and Auto, and the rates were more than acceptable. Kiko responded virtually immediately to every one of my emails and phone calls. The customer service provided by this family-owned and run company is everything a consumer could hope for. They get, and Kiko especially, a big "A+" from me.

Lately, FNWL has been sending me late payment notices even after they cash my checks. Nevaeh, from Craig’s office, has helped to straighten out the glitch. She works quickly and keeps you informed along the way. I’m grateful for her assistance.
