5 /5 Narine Herszage: Ive been working with Brandon Burroughs and his team for more than four years and cant be happier. Ever since, the renewal is a breeze. We have employees in different states, which makes our account quite complicated. Brandon, with his team, helps with the right plans, takes time to listen to what issues we are trying to solve, what concerns our employees have and brings alternatives so that we have the best possible offer for our employees. Three years ago, the Bolton team helped us move to the online benefits administration portal, which was most appreciated during the Open Enrollment 2021. The customer service is terrific. I would definitely recommend Brandon and Bolton team to anyone looking for a great insurance business partner.

I work directly with their team members Brandon Burroughs and Kristal Williams , and they are both always so attentive to my questions and emails, no matter how difficult the situation. 5 /5 Samantha Denning: You have no idea how pissed I am right now!! Called us at 3:30am and woke up our new born! Seems like its been happening to others as well, get it figured out! Edit: I have received an email back stating this company has been used in prank calling and they have reported the acts to the phone company and police. I havent had any dealings with this company but I can say they have made a great effort in comforting my anger and responding quickly to my email to them regarding the situation.
