amy kirkman Stuck on side of road. I have progressive through trinity. You think with my phone cutting in and out the agent would handle all necessary calls to get me the help i need. Road side assistance is a wonderful thought but with nobody willing to assist is useless. 3 calls later on hold and still not able to verify to truck driver that bill is covered.

wade horigan I have worked with Anil for many years for my commercial insurance needs. He always is proactive and on top of items that some agents just let happen without much client interface. He answers the phone, or returns calls and emails promptly which I truly appreciate. Highly recommend.

Amy Lazarus I dont usually leave reviews but these folks deserve 18 stars! Stanley and the whole team at Curtis Lee provide the best customer service. I can call or email and always get a helpful and quick response that makes my life easier and informs timely decisions. Stanley is a strong communicator, knowledgeable about insurance options, and always advises me well. Other insurance companies may provide slightly better quotes but the ease and accuracy of working with State Farm cant be beat. I discovered this office when I first moved to San Francisco and literally walked into their storefront. Im so glad Im still with them seven years later.
