1 /5 Melissa Cornelius: Called last year and had a nice conversation with Josh, he said he would try and lower our policy amount and get back to me. He never got back to me so I figured he forgot. No worries, so I called and left him a VM and Max a VM, both on their cells. Neither got back to me so I thought maybe a family vacation. I still tried for a couple weeks (my cell phone records document this to both their cells as well as the office line) and left multiple voicemails at each, with no response. My policy auto renewed at the higher price and I decided to just forget about their poor service until this year when I got my renewal. I called their office line, which gives their cell numbers, and I called both twice, and the calls dont go through. Super frustrating, I really liked working with a local business but they are unreliable at this point so I had to call Farmers 800 number to cancel my policy and went with Homesite, they were super helpful and actually return calls. Good luck if you choose them, they are absolutely great.... if you can get them on the phone.
