Bryan and his team have been most helpful over the years whether it was providing policy advice to be sure we are adequately covered to handling various claims. They always stay in contact to be sure work is progressing properly and ultimately completed to our full satisfaction. Brian and his people clearly understand what customer service is all about.

Marlene Smith Catherine has been the best insurance agent I’ve honestly ever had. From the subtle kind gesture of sending me delicious cookies after becoming my agent from day 1, to helping me through a claim that happened on private property & holding my hand through it all as my first incident to being an overall amazing agent by keeping me well informed & her honesty. She never hesitated to be there when I needed her, had questions or needed answers or something fully explained-she was there to make sure I fully understood policies & she does it with patience & great customer service. You can tell she truly cares about her clients & her efforts show! Unfortunately State Farm raised the prices in Jan 2025 for California & Oregon, which increased my monthly premium nearly $50 & it was already at $300 a month for full coverage auto & renters bundle. I was doing what I could to keep my agent, however found another insurance that offered the same premium, coverage & deductible for $150 less at $210 a month & I could not refuse financially. This has been one of the hardest things for me to adjust to, as I already Miss Catherine & my State Farm customer service. Financially though, I couldn’t justify it. I sure do hope I can return at a later time & get Catherine back. She’s amazing.

Vaughn Smith Called the office in a bit of a panic hoping to get help with adding my car to a plan to retain coverage. Jeffrey Glover went above and beyond and was able to help me get it added and registered way faster than I expected, especially given that its Friday and a holiday. Excellent service and excellent staff: will definitely ask for Jeff whenever I need to update my car info!

Mahogany Daniel, the supervisor, is AMAZING !!!! Makes me wish I lived in another city bc I would LOVE getting his helps more often !!!! *He was so professional and nice. jamie redmon Being inundated with Medicare mailings and calls and emails for MONTHS, I was so confused as to what to do! It literally kept me awake at nite, wondering what the right plan was and being on a VERY limited income made it worse. Then David stepped into my world of Medicare , or rather I should say, flew in with a Superman cape on and took all my concerns and addressed each one. He was patient, kind and caring. I have recommended him to everyone who is needing this. Its difficult enough to grow older without being made to be confused about health plans as well. Thank God for Mr. Molano!
