5 /5 CHUCK: I have been an automobile policy holder with State Farm insurance for at least 20 years maybe more as I really haven’t kept track of the years. During that time I have had many agents because of moving across the United States. I recently decided to make Cindy Kleinkopf my California agent. My first contact was with a young man that renewed my wavering faith in the younger generation. I am 88 years old have met many young people during my long life and found most young people totally lacking in what I call presence. That is the ability to understand how to communicate and serve. This gentleman, Jodi, encompassed every quality to serve. He was friendly, courteous, and above all knowledgable. He was truly interested in my needs and went out of his way helping me understand my particular requirements. If I had to rate his abilities from one to ten they would have to be 11. If I were still in business and he applied for a job, my decision would be an immediate YES
