1 /5 Stacie Power: Unfortunately I had to give a one star to leave a review. I had multiple policies, personal and business, with this agency. I found out that there were multiple issues with my insurance policies on the processing side and I tried to reach out to agency management for help since my agent (who was great) recently left. I had to call multiple times to get a call back and once someone called me back, it still took me calling the carriers directly to find out what was going on. I had policies that were cancelled without coverage and thousands of dollars that were owed in refunds. The office manager was nothing short of nasty toward me. I do not understand the lack of customer service and am happy I found another agency that has shown appreciation for my business.
