Cristina Jimenez Rancho Del Sur Insurance embodies everything I appreciate about excellent customer service. Cheri is responsive, knowledgeable and kind. I appreciate that she will give it to me straight on whether I need the coverage or not. Her expertise gives me peace of mind to know that she has my protection needs covered. I dont care if 15 minutes will save me 15% or more. If I can reach Cheri on a local number and talk to a person immediately and have someone looking out for me, I would be willing to pay a premium for that.

A Q The friendly staff Stephanie is very accommodating and very helpful in helping me understand the coverage of my insurance. She always tell me if I have questions to always feel free to call that make me feel welcome and warmth. The rest of the staff we’re very easy to approach and had the smiling faces to welcome you in this beautiful place, clean, and spacious. All I can say is highly recommendable and a must to visit. Michael S I have AAA Auto & Home Insurance. Been with them for 28 years. I continue to be so impressed with them. My daughter has been in two car accidents in the last 2 years and when filing a claim, my experience with AAA has been great. The claims people are very friendly, good communicators, and followed up several times to make sure my daughter got home safely. Because she spun out in the snow, they ended up making it a no-fault claim and did not raise her rates. They reimbursed us for the expensive tow bill from Boulder to CA and according to the body shop that fixed her car, the claims adjuster was easy to deal with (which I am told is not always the case with other insurance companies who try to nickel and dime the claim). As for my AAA home insurance, all my neighbors have seen their rates sky rocket in CA. Mine have stayed the same. Highly recommend AAA.
