Percilla Elm Had this insurance for years. Allstate was a good insurance until the premium would go up every renewal. Just this last renewal (April) I would have to pay $433 dollars and then another $233 a month later up front. No longer 6 payments but 5. Called to cancel my insurance and was told it was 4 payments not 5. I get that it was a new thing, but I wish we were notified beforehand and not bombarded with paying so much every 6 months.

Mack Fixler This company constantly made mistake on my insurance policies that led to frequent rate adjustments even after they quoted me (Bait and Switch). I confronted one of the managers about my problem and was completely ignored. I will be looking for a new insurance company in the future.
