Douglas Morton Call this morning because my premium went up on my employer plan a woman named Elicia Arce to my home to look at plans, the reason I want to give a wonderful review is because she could not top the plan. I had to meet my needs and was very very kind and very, very honest about it and honesty counts in my book. I would trust this firm thank you

Hitcher 1969 Cant begin to say enough good things about Craig and his team! They have been above and beyond helpful with not only the routine activities of managing my insurance policies, but recently Ive needed to call on their expertise to help me with a storm damage claim to my home. Within less than an hour after contacting his office, Craig was able to meet me at my house and went over the preliminary inspection of damage and got me in contact with the appropriate State Farm adjusters and service providers to mitigate and eventually repair all of the storm damage. Very professional, very compassionate and a true pleasure to work with. Thank you Craig and Team!!!

Percilla Elm Had this insurance for years. Allstate was a good insurance until the premium would go up every renewal. Just this last renewal (April) I would have to pay $433 dollars and then another $233 a month later up front. No longer 6 payments but 5. Called to cancel my insurance and was told it was 4 payments not 5. I get that it was a new thing, but I wish we were notified beforehand and not bombarded with paying so much every 6 months.

D Lu I have been with Robert for over 25 years. Ive gone years having no special needs, then as life goes there is sudden need! Robert and his staff are always so helpful and treat me so well, as friends! Farmers insurance too, is always there standing firmly behind their policy. Highly recomended!

Carmen Naranjo Had the most amazing experience from beginning to end, Marcy did help me to Navigate through the process in a very knowledgeable and professional way, shopping for insurance can be very stressful since rates are in the clouds but having the peace of mind that you’re dealing with a serious agency that has high standards, who’s gonna look after your benefit and treat you with courtesy and respect. I contacted the agency for auto insurance and ended up getting renters and shortly will be having a meeting to get life insurance as well. Allstate rates are very competitive and Jimmy’s agency would be my to go place for all my insurance needs. That been said I highly recommend Jimmy Dang’s insurance agency to friends and family cause once you try it you’ll never go anywhere else!
