After a horrible two years of incompetent customer service with my Blue Shield Medicare supplement (involving one of my doctors never getting paid by Blue Shield despite Medicare authorizing the charges), I looked around and switched to State Farm last year. A small snag came up, Raul looked into it and fixed it right away!
