He is easy to talk to and meets all my expectations on helping me. I am so happy to have meet him. He is such an exceptional employee and will go far in his future. He has gone above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied with what I need. I wish I could give him a hug and shower him with how much I appreciate his work and what he has done for me. Michael Ostrander I had a pleasant experience with finding home insurance with New Redwood Insurance services. I called and spoke with Alexandra who was pleasant customer service rep. I stating that I needed home insurance. She took my information and asked for a few pictures of the house and she would call me back. She called me back in a reasonable amount of time stating that they found me a insurance company and had a few more questions and would call back. Shortly I recieved a call from Chris at New Redwood insurance services saying that he is the owner and they found a home insurance that would insure me. All said and done a pleasant experience.
