Deedee Teel I appreciate the great customer service I get every time I contact the office. Whether it’s to obtain event venue insurance, file a claim, or review my car and home policies, the staff is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Even though I no longer live in the Chico area, I’ve kept my account with Keith McBride’s office for the last 25 years because they do treat me “like a good neighbor”!

Gerald Allgood Not happy with personal homeowners service and turnaround time. Did not get that friendly feel when dealing with staff. Moved my policy elsewhere for ease of service through another local agency.

Christian Vasquez I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had such a good experience with Maribel that I wanted to say something. She was really easy to work with — super friendly, not pushy at all, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. Insurance stuff usually stresses me out, but she made it simple and helped me find something that worked for me. You can tell she actually cared and wasnt just trying to make a sale. If you need someone who’s down-to-earth and really helpful, I’d definitely recommend Maribel!
