1 /5 Ryan Wood: My old agent that we were familiar with using for over a decade was laid off from BnB in the past year. His replacement that renewed my commercial policy this past summer also seems to have been laid off. Neither of their contact phone numbers or emails is active anymore, and no one from BnB ever reached out to inform me that they were my new contact. Either way, Ive spent 3 days leaving voicemails to this company (that lacks any sort of dial 0 for a live representative option) with no response back. I am already a paying customer, and for some reason am still so low priority that no one at this company can find the time to return my call to handle a very simple matter. This situation used to be resolved within 5 minutes of my request through email, now its becoming a real pain to get done because of BnBs lack in customer service/responding.
Long story short, Im following my old agent to his new company because BnB doesnt seem to have their stuff together for the basics of picking up a phone... Very disappointing...
