1 /5 Myriam Zavala: Trying to make a payment thro phone. I calling on feb 14. Lady very nice that I needed proof of address since mail keeps returning. Told her I work and don’t get out until 6 or 8. Send information through email. Wasn’t able to send it sooner since email wasn’t going thro.Called today feb 16 since was my last day to pay. Lady was not helpful. She said she needed manager approval for my papers that I send through email, she calls me back and says I can’t pay thro phone and only can do in store payment. Told her again that I work and I can’t. I always call to make a payment never had a problem.She insisted that her manager said no only in store, so they can register my card. Never had a problem. Until know I can’t do the payment and will expire and my bill will go up, and planning to change insurance.
