My last purchase on 08/09/2008 was just as rewarding as this one. Karen Corda was my agent at the time and as you did for me yesterday she had me insured then so I could leave for Canada the next morning. 1 /5 Heather thorson: I have found that Ramanciti Insurance Company is not what it used to be. If youre not making the amount that you use to, If they are not insuring 3-Million-dollar + home like they did for you years ago they dont want, you as client. If their not making a lot of money to insure you commercially they dont want, you. I have been a client since the 90s. Youre too small not enough revenue for the new generation of Family Ramancitis Insurance Sales Associates. You wait until the last minute to give me nothing but a fair plan. I know you didnt try because I have A+ paper insurance companies giving me quotes both personal and commercial. Again, for the record I have never had a house claim in over 35+ years with your company. Never had a business claim for liability or workmens comp even on a national level with your company. Never been late with a payment, never had a lap of coverage etc. You would think it would mean something to the new generation of Ramancitis would take that into consideration. You give me your high importance email nothing. Very sad I have found other insurance companies that are willing to insure me for both commercial and personally in the 1st two weeks March. I am still getting price quotes from other companies. Without the fair plan and without cheep commercial insurance that I was told I should turn to for coverage for my company. For shame on you both from the commercial side and personal side of Ramanciti Agency. They have a A+ AM Best Financial Rating. AMIG is owned and backed by Munich Re and also Farmers to name just a few. I am now insured for both commercial and personal at competitive rates. I am sure you sleep well at night. For Shame on you. I would look elsewhere for your insurance needs. P.S It very unethical to make a 5 star review on the company you are associated with.

The agency has covered three of my personal residences over the years and 4 rentals also over the years. The result of reporting two water damage occurrences was stellar. Immediate response, claim approved and perfect clean-up and response. However, working with Heidi Auld for the past 5 years (perhaps), I have had seamless results for whatever questions or insurance issues that have come up. I feel as though we are partners in getting the best coverage for what I need and no more. Heidi conveys a certain vitality that creates positive communication and takes care of issues. it is also a huge plus for me to have consistency, Heidi knows me. Suzann
