Dennis Artman Due to our homes location in a heavily forested area in California, our home insurance was scheduled to be cancelled by the insurance company we had for the past 11 years. I was surprised when they informed me of that and thought it might be difficult finding good, reasonably priced insurance to replace the soon to be cancelled plan. I contacted Paul, and during our initial discussion I was immediately impressed by his expertise and positive attitude. I provided him with all the necessary information and within 2 days he got back to me with several alternatives, all fairly priced and containing all my requested requirements. I took a day to compare his alternatives with others I had collected and his were significantly better in terms of meeting my needs and total costs. I chose one of Pauls alternatives that best suited our needs and we now have excellent replacement home owners insurance with a nationally known insurance company at a very fair rate. Paul turned a very likely stressful situation into an easy, honest and quick insurance solution. I couldnt be more pleased with his proposed solutions, his ability and communication skills, and recommend him highly and without reservation.

Sonder Ben Valdez is fine, gets me a quote quick within 24hours. However the people that work for him do not even give me a phone call back. Ive been trying to reduce my monthly insurance premiums but they still havent called me back. Ive worked with BMV for the past 10+ years, Ive recieved nothing but the best from Ben and Grace. But Im not to happy with the newest agent there right now. I will give them another week, then I will go somewhere else.
