Right now insurance is about 18% higher than it has been, with my history I knew id be hard to locate someone to insure me. Luckily I talked to Carla, who is a nice, professional, and proactive person. She kept checking in with me and got me connected to Ruby. From there, that power team not only got me hooked up with great insurance with all the things I needed, but also really helped me with learning the ins and outs I needed to know. Ruby, who is such a blessing got me insured in record time compared to how things were playing out for me when I was on my own. I really highly recommend this company. If you get to talk to Carla and Ruby, then you will not be disappointed. Such great people, really made me happy with how proactive and friendly they were. 10/10 I’ll be back again, if need be. Michelle was a joy to work with. Phone etiquette was great, very thorough in her explanation of addressing my need and how she could help. I was having a lousy day and it’s always refreshing to talk with someone who has great energy and is patient. I will definitely refer some of my colleagues. She was very patient and knowledgeable. She addressed all of my questions and concerns in order to get the best possible coverage for my situation. I am so happy that there are still people like Michelle in this business. She is a real life saver. If youre looking for someone to really level with you and help you find the right insurance coverage then Michelle is your girl.
