5 /5 garykgo05: I contacted Mr. Joel Wagner, WHINS Agency about my need for homeowners insurance, since State Farm notified me that my current policy expiring in September 2024 would no longer be renewed. Most insurance carriers would not insure homes or apartment buildings with knob and tube wiring. I only found CA Fair Plan (CFP) that would insure residential property with k&t wiring. So, i googled CFP and WHINS Agency came up for insurance brokers. I contacted WHINS and was connected with Joel. I asked Joel if he could help me with applying with CFP. Joel worked tirelessly in completing my CFP application and payment process. Joel constantly got back to me by phone or text on any questions and inform me of the status. He also greatly assisted in completing and finalizing my need for a General Liability Insurance policy. He was very polite, gracious, responsive, and knowledgeable! He promptly answered all my questions! And, I couldnt have done this myself! I highly recommend Joel Wagner for any of your insurance needs!

He found me an amazing rate with Mercury, but they require a 15-day underwriting period (and my current policy was about to expire). I was disappointed, sure that it wouldnt work out. But Morris was undeterred by this setback and went above and beyond to have my case reviewed early so that I wouldnt have a lapse in coverage. I was so grateful for his work behind the scenes! He even gave me some advice about handling claims thatll help me be smarter about usage in the future. I felt like he was looking out for me from the beginning.
