1 /5 Ronny Cortes: The worst experience Ive ever had. We had an appointment at 4:20 and 2 other people cut ahead of us. Michelle the lady that had a condescending voice and attitude made my daughter cry after she stated that I had an attitude for helping my father with his application. I let the person in charge know that I was only asking questions and even the employees there, 1 named Elizabeth stated that I was in the wrong while my daughter was crying and hiding behind me. I let them know that I would be filing a complaint with the manager. For being a loyal customer of AAA for almost 10 years, Id expect better.

The wait time was reasonable and much more pleasant than the DMV. The agent that helped me was very helpful and friendly and she even had the repair team switch out my license plates for me. Thanks, AAA!

Learn to verify so that the Kathryn patiently and quietly waiting for almost 30 minutes actually gets serviced before the Catherine who walked in less than 5 minutes ago. Then proceed to tell me no, theres only one Catherine. Uh, yeah, because she stole my "Kathryn" spot in line. Both names were on the freaking screen! Then, instead of making Catherine wait her freaking turn, continue to help her and make me wait yet again. Do better. I couldve spent less time at the freaking DMV.
