Erin McCormick I came into state farm with my brother one day when he was paying an auto and homeowners bundled insurance. He raved about how they helped him keep insurance on my grandmothers house and that these ladies were so kind and patient with him. The situation was a complicated one. The house was old and there were so many issues to navigate. While I was there I spoke to the ladies about my own personal situation. I had left a difficult relationship and had to remove my vehicle from the old state farm policy I currently had and move it to a new policy that gave me independence. They were able to transfer it for me, seamlessly and discreetly. My situation again was sensitive, but state farm really goes above and beyond. I didnt have any extra costs with the transfer. Michelle Sayada Clay is thorough and professional. He basically grew up in the industry and has excellent communication and customer service "savoir faire" FOR SURE!!!! I normally would not recommend just any insurance carrier; considering the recent news with regard to insurance leaving California altogether. But, I have to say that there is a level of understanding that this firm maintains. There is MUCH ADO ABOUT SOMETHING going on and that is PRECICELY WHY you should consider Farmers Insurance and the Ken Correa Insurance Agency.... they consider all angles; especially the propertys location, cause and effect, anticipated possibilities, and the reality of the probability is just more likely than not, that nature is very predictable these days and its worth every penny when it comes to sleeping at night without worry. Jessica Rios The lady that helped me was super nice and quick , i was in a rush to get my registration renewed so i came here and she gave me the new sticker at that moment. i didnt have to wait 2 weeks for it to come in the mail like i did for the dmv. I guess they also do vehicle transfers . Since im paying a lot for my insurance right now i might have to come back and open a new policy with them. She was telling me that they offer about 30 different insurance companies with a way better price then im paying now.
