There pretending its all my fault even though I received a call from the actual insurance carrier telling me what they did! They need to be shut down for this practice. The business bureau said they had many reports for this reason. Protect yourself and family from this company!

1 /5 Mahogany: They suck. They’re cheap (only reason I stay). But so is their employees with their customers service. AND they keep you on hold forever. I spoke to 2 people. And they couldn’t answer a simple question abt my policy. They SUCK !!!! AND both the employees have me different, conflicting information. *I seriously am considering getting a NEW insurance company
