Eric Larson Been using Patrick Salazars office since moving to Visalia 9 years ago. If there is a more responsive team these people, I dont believe it. Kudos to Lisa Salazars timely reminders to a do policy review with them. We did it (eventually) and it ended up saving us a little money because we identified a coverage that we no longer needed.

I get told several times things are not possible, or my car payments been made when it hasnt i have to call a manager and then they find it where they made an error all the time. Service is a hit or miss. The staff that do know are great and staff in the windsor branch are more welcoming than the santa rosa branch on mendocino
